We are pleased to provide Immigration Medical Exams for refugees, immigrants, and both temporary and permanent residents of Canada who reside in the Vaughan area. Your Immigration Medical exam will be performed by our certified, well-qualified Panel Physicians. The Exam Process
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada will supply you with instructions for when you need to have your medical exam completed. Once you have received these instructions, follow the steps below.

Step 1
Schedule your appointment with our clinic.
Simply contact our clinic to book your Immigration Medical Examination with one of our Panel Physicians. Please keep in mind the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada timeline requirements when booking your appointment.
Step 2
Come to our clinic for your Immigration Medical Exam.
The complete immigration medical exam is performed at our centre. We provide urine and blood testing, and house an x-ray clinic in our building as well, so you’re able to complete any additional testing you need all at the same location. You are required to pay for your exam on the day of your exam appointment.
Step 3
We're happy to submit your exam results online to the government.
When your immigration medical exam is complete, we will send the results electronically to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada. We also supply you with a document showing your case number (IME/UMI) to confirm you’ve completed the exam. Reports are submitted within 5-10 days of your exam.

What To Bring To The Exam
When you come to our clinic for your medical exam, please bring the following:
- Proper identification – at least one government-issued document with your photograph and signature
- Eye glasses or contact lenses, if you wear them
- Any medical reports or test results for any previous or existing medical conditions
- A list of your current medications
Refugees: Please bring your Interim Federal Health (IFH) documents.
